Dyeable Fabric: Return and Exchange Policy
1. General Return Eligibility & Timeframe
Your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to supplying
high-quality, defect-free fabrics. Please inspect your order immediately
upon arrival.

2. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
Due to the specialized nature of our product, certain items cannot be
returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon
delivery.
* Cut Fabric: Fabric that has been cut to a specific length for a
customer order (standard practice for fabric by the yard) cannot be
returned unless there is a verifiable defect.
* Altered Fabric: Any fabric that has been washed, dyed, stitched, or
processed in any way is immediately ineligible for return. Please
inspect the fabric before altering it.
* Sale/Discounted Items: Items purchased during a final sale or
promotion are generally final sale.
* Samples: Fabric samples are non-returnable.
3. Procedure for Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items (Company Error)
If we made a mistake (e.g., sent the wrong fabric, or the fabric has a
flaw):
* Reporting: You must notify us via email (Dyablefabrics@gmail.com) or
phone (+234-8059440528) within 48 hours of receiving the delivery,
including your order number and clear pictures of the defect or error.
* Resolution: Upon verification of the company error, we will offer one
of the following:
* A full replacement of the correct item (Dyeable Fabric will cover the
return shipping costs).
* A full refund to your original payment method.
* Shipping Cost: Dyeable Fabric will cover the cost of return shipping
for verified company errors.
4. Refunds (If Approved)
* Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected (typically
within 3-5 business days), we will notify you of the approval or
rejection of your refund.
* Processing: Approved refunds will be processed and applied to your
original method of payment.
* Timeline: Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to be
reflected in your account, as processing times vary between banks.
5. Return Shipping (Customer Responsibility)
* If a return is authorized for a reason other than a company error
(e.g., customer ordered the wrong type of fabric and it was approved as
an exception), the customer will be responsible for all return shipping
costs.
* Original shipping fees paid by the customer are non-refundable.
